On 30th November 2011 the AGE-WORK-BALANCE Kickoff Meeting hosted from MetropolisNet in Berlin took place.
Aim of meeting was to get closer acquainted with old and new colleagues from our partner organisations and to learn about the project content and the planned results.
It is important to stress out, that the project does not implement something new. It is a critical analysis of existing practices. It summarizes knowledge of pilots and get learnings out of networks-structures and approaches. For generation knowledge the project uses two different methodologies: the desktop research and the peer review method.
Both methodologies will be used for answering the project leading question: “What is the best balanced relationship between a particular approach and the variable “network-Structure” for a successful integration of the target group into the labour market?”
